She is Vietnamese, born and raised in Denmark – was privileged to have access to quality health care and quality education where she took her Master’s degree in Business Economics & Auditing.
She learned from her parents who grew up in poverty and didn’t have access to education to never take anything for granted. Her parents’ strongest desire for her and her little brother was to get a university degree, a stable job and always give back.
In 2013 she got a job opportunity in Vietnam and that’s where her adventure and Leadership journey started and it soon became her biggest passion and mission in life.
Today she is a Leadership Coach. A Certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching.
She is also the Strategic Business Development manager for Euro Air SEA – where she is responsible for6 countries in Southeast Asia incl. Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Cambodia
She has more than 8 years of leadership experience in Asia in 5 different leadership roles.
One of her proudest leadership achievements was when she was the company leader, managed and turned around a multi million-dollar company with over 30 employees and achieved outstanding results within 2.5 years.
She is a mentor at Frontier Leader Institute, Former Board member at Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and now the author of the book: Powerful Leadership – How to build dream teams
